Return Policy

Customer must pay the shipping cost on any returns. If product is damaged or incorrect, we will pay the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

You may receive a full refund if you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of delivery. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days after we receive notice of your request.

Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel subscription within 14 days of first delivery.

Shipping

We will only ship to addresses located in the United States. Any subscriptions requested outside of the United States will require additional costs and a special request must be made to provide customer with an accurate cost of additional charges. Discretion is up to Live Artfully Magazine.
